Shipping and Returns
Can you ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses?
  Yes – these orders will be shipped through USPS.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
  Yes. Please review our shipping policy.
How do I return my purchase?
 

We take great pride in our products, but if you've changed your mind, we understand. If you must return your product, for any reason (other than due to a defect or our error), you are required to return ship in the same manner the products were shipped to you. You are also responsible for all return shipping costs. We only accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Sorry, all sale and clearance purchases are final.

In order to return your item and receive a refund, you MUST follow the steps outlined below:

1) Please contact us at info@shopgreenpets.com and let us know your invoice #, product name and reason for your return. Dependent upon the product, the item will either ship back to us or directly to the manufacturer**. Once we receive your email, we will let you know where and how to ship the return.

2) Please repack item in its original box.

3) Ship package same manner it was shipped to you.

4) Include the original invoice or packing slip.

5) We recommend insuring your package in case of damage or loss in transit. ShopGreenPets cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged or for items that do not reach our return department or reach the manufacturer.

5) ** Mail your package with the appropriate postage to the address specified in the email from our Returns Department.

PLEASE NOTE: All non-defective, undamaged merchandise that is returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion. (This does not apply to returns due to our error).

How do you calculate shipping rates?
  Your shipping cost is determined by the total price of your order. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges are non-fundable
What if the product is defective?
  Please return the product to us and you will be given full refund.
